Integrative Psychiatry: Mental Symptoms and Nutrients

What do you all think about these supplements?  Have you had experience with them personally?  Positive adjunct?? Snake oil???

Hopefully you’ve tried quality, fresh nutrients…

My fish oils always been a reliable tool, tryptophan, and theanine are some of the ones that I’ve found to be most helpful.
